Pulse DM ("we," "us," "our") provides AI-powered reply automation for Instagram direct messages and comments, built for coaches and creators. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you use Pulse DM, we may collect:

Account and contact information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and business/offer details used to configure your reply flow.
Instagram data accessed through Meta's official Instagram Messaging API, including messages and comments sent to your connected Instagram Business or Creator account, solely to generate and send automated replies on your behalf.
Payment information processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your card details ourselves — Stripe handles that in accordance with its own security standards and privacy policy.
Usage data such as pages visited and general site interactions, collected through Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used and improve it.

How we use your information

To operate and improve the Pulse DM service, including generating accurate, on-brand automated replies.
To process payments and manage your subscription.
To communicate with you about your account, including support requests and service updates.
To understand aggregate usage patterns and improve the product and this website.

Instagram and Meta platform data

Pulse DM only accesses Instagram data through Meta's official Instagram Messaging API, connected via a Business or Creator account you explicitly authorize. Message content is used only to generate replies grounded in the offer information and FAQ you provide — it is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train models beyond what's needed to operate your own account's replies. You can revoke Pulse DM's access to your Instagram account at any time through your Meta/Instagram settings.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate Pulse DM — including Meta (for Instagram API access), Stripe (for payment processing), and our AI provider (to generate reply content) — each bound by their own privacy and security obligations, or as required by law.

Data retention

We retain account and configuration data for as long as your account is active, and conversation logs for a limited period to provide the weekly summary feature and improve reply quality. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand visitor behavior. Analytics data is aggregated and does not directly identify you. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using your browser's privacy settings or available opt-out extensions.

Your rights
