Agreement to terms

By booking a setup call, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using Pulse DM, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Description of service

Pulse DM provides AI-powered automated reply software for Instagram direct messages and comments, connected through Meta's official Instagram Messaging API. Replies are generated based on the offer information and FAQ content you provide, and are intended to assist — not replace — your own communication with leads and customers.

Accounts and eligibility

You must have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account and the authority to connect it to Pulse DM. You're responsible for the accuracy of the offer information and FAQ content you provide, since replies are generated directly from it.

Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe, our payment processor.
You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period unless otherwise agreed.
Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Pulse DM to send spam, misleading, or fraudulent messages, to violate Meta's Instagram Platform Policy or Terms of Use, or to engage in any unlawful activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or put the underlying Instagram integration at risk.

No guarantee of results

Pulse DM is a tool to help you respond to leads faster and more consistently. We don't guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue, or conversion result from using the service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Pulse DM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any action taken by Meta/Instagram against your account.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if these terms are violated.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Pulse DM after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
